Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This policy covers docs.x402.nerochain.io, the documentation site for the NERO 402 open-source project operated by NERO Chain. The site is static developer documentation. It has no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up forms, and it does not sell data.
What we collect
We collect no personal information directly. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server request data — IP address, user-agent, and requested URL — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
The documentation site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A theme preference (light/dark) may be stored locally in your browser; it never leaves your device. If aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they record page views without identifying individuals.
On-chain data
NERO 402 settles payments on public blockchains. Any transaction you submit through the SDK or facilitator is recorded on-chain and is inherently public and permanent. That is a property of the blockchain, not of this site, and is outside our control.
Third-party links
This site links to external resources such as GitHub, npm, and block explorers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Questions about this policy can be sent to help-support@nerochain.io. We may update this policy as the project evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
